We understand the need for swift and accurate quantifying. If you are unhappy with a project we have quantified for you, let us know, and you will not be charged, or, if you have already paid, you will be refunded*.

*Exceptions might be very large commercial projects such as hospitals. We will advise you before undertaking the project, providing a fixed quote. In such cases, the refund policy will not apply.
